The School's Past

The South Shields Grammar-Technical School for Boys emerged from the amalgamation of the South Shields High School for Boys and the Westoe Higher Grade School. The development of all three schools and the events in their histories all make up this section of the site.

As always, please let me know if you have anything to add or correct and, in particular, if you have any old photos or publications relating to the school.
